𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲: • 40 hours per week (5 days X 8 hours) • Weekdays Monday to Friday 9am-6pmEST • With overtime opportunities on weekends and evenings

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁: Our client is a furniture and home decor retailer with a robust online presence. They are a team that offers a wide range of design backgrounds—from product development to interior design and architecture.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: • Previous work handling shipping and orders. • Experience in dealing with vendors and/or suppliers. • Experience in time critical or drop shipments.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀: • Corresponding with vendors and shipping companies regarding status • Continue to follow up with multiple parties until resolution is found for outstanding issues. • Build Relationships with vendors and suppliers for positive communication. • Assisting Customer Service team with inquiries about orders • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed. • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of ladding).

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: • Excellent verbal and written English • Multitasking and Organized Follow Up process • Use of some type of Order Management Software • Knowledge of shipping stages and terms • 40 wpm typing speed.

𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆:

1. We are looking for 3 or 4 solid paragraphs describing your recent/relevant work experiences. It helps if you give details about jobs and industries you worked in prior and what you enjoyed about them. The purpose of the write-up is both to inform about your past work experiences & to serve as a writing sample... so please double-check your write-up for errors before submitting.
2. Please submit a brief (1-2 mins) intro video or about yourself. You will want to focus on your work experiences when deciding on what to say during the video. Please include link to the video in your reply via Dropbox, Google docs, etc.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼:

• Recording time should be no less than one minute, no more than two minutes (if you run over a few seconds, that is not a problem).
• As much as possible, please record using your laptop’s camera or an external webcam. If you will be using your a cell phone camera, please make sure that it is positioned on a stable surface—not shaky, your face isn’t too near…etc.
• Use a headset to assure the voice quality is good.
• Dress nicely—no hats, tank tops…etc. Make a good first impression.
• Clean up any clutter that may be in view of your webcam. If possible, position your webcam so there is a wall or some kind of solid color behind you.
• Speak clearly and speak with confidence.
• Please don’t mention any company name when citing your work experience/s—briefly narrate your role/tasks and what skills/learning you acquired.
• Do not upload your video on YouTube. Please send us a direct link or you may use Dropbox, Google Drive…etc. to share your file.
