Key Role: The Virtual Assistant is responsible for performing all tasks provided by BRIMA REAL ESTATE and ensures that she/he exceeds expectations to sustain a successful business collaboration with us. Cold Calling is your main job.
Qualifications: ✅Should have at least 6 months experience in a BPO industry as a Call Center Agent handling International Voice Account or Appointment Setter for a US-based account or 1-year of work-from-home experience handling voice tasks ✅Comfortable handling voice tasks ✅Good Neutral Accent ✅Must have great Spoken and Written English Communication Skills ✅Must be very keen on details, hardworking, and independent who can work with minimum supervision ✅Should possess good time management and organizational skills ✅Having a real estate cold calling or Lead Generation campaign experience is a PLUS but not required. ✅Amenable to work based on the client’s timezone (EST)
Minimum Required Device Specification: ✔Own a Laptop or Desktop that has at least 2.3ghz ✔At least Windows 7 ✔Preferably Wired Internet Connection ✔If Wifi Must have at least 15Mbps Download Speed and 5Mbps Upload Speed ✔Noise Cancelling Headset ✔Webcam (for Training and Meetings Only)
