Don't try. It could lead to "not so good impression". In my own opinion, kahit matagal nkong VA, I will never try that. Usually, ung mga client nagbibigay talaga pag nakikita nalang hard working ka.

Just wait for the client to give it to you. Ako last year nung bago pa lang din ako sa kanila (2 months pa lang at ako lang VA nya) di ko inexpect na bibigyan ako ng client ko ng Christmas bonus at 1 week paid vacay.

Just do your job efficiently. I got $1000 as an early Christmas bonus kasi thanksgiving na sa 26. July lang ako nagstart sa client. Yung $1000 binili ko na ng Huawei Matebook D14. Syempre sa kanya rin lang mapupunta yung quality service.

I never asked for bonuses from my clients. Bukod sa nahihiya ako, feeling ko ang kapal ng fez ko kung hihingi pa ako. Swerte ko lang kasi kusa silang nagbibigay kahit hindi pasko.

Hayaan mong magkusa ang client mo. Don’t push your luck. Just do your job efficiently and effectively, kahit di ka magask ng bonus, they will give you extra pay even there’s no occasion.

I think Wag muna kasi mejo nakakahiya haha mag iinitiate naman si client na magbigay ng bonus kung tingin nya ay karapat dapat. Tsaka, Pakita mo hard working ka para rin maisip nya bigyan ka bonus hahaha.

no. for me nakakaturn off lalo pa at part timer ka lang. batiin mo nalang Merry Christmas and wait and see kung makakaramdam hehe. kung meron, swerte. kung wala, ganun talaga. I have clients na years na never nagbigay ng kahit anong bonus. meron naman, galante talaga.

Wait and see. If none, still be blessed you have work when thousands are still striving to find job where lots of freelancers appeared during pandemic. Ako nga mga half year na pero I wont ask. I will just wait😊
