Chicago Computer Club is URGENTLY HIRING for a SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST!
The details are as follows: • The rate starts at $3 per hour (salary increase is based on performance) • Permanent remote work • 9-hour schedule (including unpaid 1hr lunch/break) may fall between 10 pm – 10 am PHT

Job Description:
• Respond to clients' concerns via phone
• Monitor tickets to ensure resolution within SLA
• Call possible prospects to become Club members
• Establish excellent communication between the client and the company
• Create ticket documentation, process, and reports for clients
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years as a service desk support
• Knowledgeable in both software and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to establish and retain a strong business relationship with clients/members
• High level of comfort with technology
• Experience in Marketing, Graphic Designing, or Recruitment is a huge plus!
• Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
