Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards in Xero
• Enter invoices into Xero bills
• Project admin set up
• New supplier set up
• Filing
• Review and follow up of timesheet reports

Required Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Experience with Xero Accounting software
• High level of attention to detail
• A sense of urgency in completing work under deadline
