Requirements:
- Supervisory experience is a MUST!
- Prepares remote team members by conducting orientation to process
- Developing individual coaching plans
- Provide resources and assistance
- Schedule orientation drive-along with senior representatives
- Determines training needs by observing encounters; Studying sales results reports;Understanding employee & client journey
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, prodiving cocahing; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources
- Employee performance management
- Identify individual and team training needs and requirements
- Provide guidance to team members towards task and goal accomplishment
- Act as an open resource to aid team member work challenges
- Enforce procedures, strategies and work ethic set by the company
