Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is a MUST!
  • Prepares remote team members by conducting orientation to process
  • Developing individual coaching plans
  • Provide resources and assistance
  • Schedule orientation drive-along with senior representatives
  • Determines training needs by observing encounters; Studying sales results reports;Understanding employee & client journey
  • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, prodiving cocahing; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources
  • Employee performance management
  • Identify individual and team training needs and requirements
  • Provide guidance to team members towards task and goal accomplishment
  • Act as an open resource to aid team member work challenges
  • Enforce procedures, strategies and work ethic set by the company
