Work Remotely? [Yes/No]: Yes Job Role: Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative Company: Cosmic Delivery (Athens, Georgia) Work Hours and Schedule: We are open Monday – Thursday 11:00 AM – 1 AM, Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Starting off you will be required to either work 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM shifts depending on your schedule. Once you are proficient with our system the busier 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM shifts will also be available. Work Duration: 10 – 15/hrs per week PART-TIME Rate or Salary range: Pay: $4.50/hr Dispatchers are eligible for a $0.50 increase after 6 months and $1 after a year. ($6/hr) Commission Based only? [Yes/No]: No Commission

Requirements · Must be proficient with using a computer · Must be proficient with using a web browser · Must be able to work effectively under stress · Must have a friendly personality which will help in resolving customer issues · Must be able to perform a fast-paced work environment · Must have two monitors. · Must have customer service experience. · Preferred with dispatching experience. · Must be available on weekends

Responsibilities · Plan routes for drivers · Assign groups of orders to drivers · Assist drivers with delivery issues · Resolve issues that drivers are encountering · Take phone orders from restaurants and customers · Assist customers in resolving order issues · Update restaurant menus
