Cozy Maid is a US-based nationwide home cleaning company. We are a stable company with over $50,000 paid in contracts to our freelancers. We are seeking someone who is interested in long-term, full-time work within a close-knit team. Our work is challenging, difficult and rewarding-this is not a typical work from home job.

We have a high bar for agent performance, meaning you will be expected to produce excellent quality work under time pressure. Our ideal candidate is an internally motivated, driven person who seeks solutions to difficult scenarios on their own and approaches situations with curiosity and an open mind.

About the Customer Service role:

Help customers & cleaners who have questions related to appointment scheduling, billing, and using the website. Routinely assist in product development and feedback and company projects.

This position consists of a heavy volume of reading and writing with some calling involved. The ability to read quickly, reply accurately and demonstrate fluent command of written English is required. Your ability to comprehend complex scenarios and make decisions that maximize value is vital.

The position is dynamic and you will not be doing the same things all the time. We are a small company and our contractors are a big part of product development, strategy, etc. We expect that you will work hard, and we take pride in providing an environment where your work leads to opportunities.

US PST Time Zone Hours 5am-10pm M-Sun / $6.00USD/hr / 40-50 hours per week. Contractors are scheduled/paid through Hubstaff.
