Hiring Tier 3 Customer Service Agents.

About the Company: CozyMaid is a US-based nationwide home cleaning platform that connects clients who want to book cleanings and independent contractor cleaners who want to accept cleaning jobs.

About the job:

  • Help customers & cleaners who have questions related to appointment scheduling, billing, using the website, complaints, and disputes.
  • Routinely assist in product development, feedback, and company projects
  • 4 days 12-hour shift (inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch) scheduled within business hours: US PST Time Zone 5AM-10PM Mon-Sun

Minimum requirements:

  • fluent in written and spoken English
  • comfortable with numbers (estimates and statistics)
  • critical and logical thinker (we don't have policies - you will be making a lot of decisions on your own)
  • wants a challenging complex job. This is NOT an easy nor your typical customer service job.
  • minimum typing speed: 45 WPM
