We are in search of a fulltime Customer Service VA- Phoneto join our Team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to: -Assist customers with their online purchases -Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products -Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients -Answer logistic questions regarding their orders -Projects a professional attitude -Maintain a collaborative relationship with other members of the team
REQUIREMENTS: -At least 1 to 2 years in the BPO call center. Preferably in Ecommerce or similar business -Great communication skills with neutral to near-native English -Can type with a speed of 30wpm -Quick learner with the ability to adapt and absorb processes, products, and brand -Extremely organized and efficient -Friendly and customer-oriented attitude -Team player, able to collaborate with others really well -Willing to work during the US EST hours and rotating shifts -Priority to applicants who can work during Weekends
Computer Requirements: -i3 processor or higher -4Gig RAM -Headset with noise-canceling mic-Wired ADSL or Fiber connection with min 10mbps speed -NO to Dongle or Pocket Wifi
