Cynet Health is hiring 25 US Outbound Sales Reps who are interested to shift career as a US Healthcare Recruiter.

Salary - PHP 20k-25k basic + 1k internet allowance+ uncapped commissions

Job Description:

• Review job orders from hiring managers
• Source resumes using applicant tracking systems, job boards and social media
• Phone screen candidates via outbound calling to verify qualifications, preferences and availability for hiring manager interview
• Coordinate with leads & account managers in regards to the application status and client requirements
• Act as a liaison between the clients and the healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work in US Time zones
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience doing outbound calls in the following field/line of business: sales, collections, real estate, account management etc.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
