What you gonnda do?
I received a message with an offer for a $10 per hour as Event Coordinator. The problem was I haven't applied for that job.
I checked the client profile and the payment method is verified and spent $80 for the previous project. Client is member in upwork since last year.
Accept the offer or decline?
