• atleast 1 year BPO experience both Outbound and Inbound Calls
• Auto Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent English Skills
• Highly Proficient in Office Applications
• Must work for 40 - 50 hours a week (we follow Mountain Timezone)
• Reliable internet connection not lower than 5mbps

This job is completely remote/homebased and LONG TERM. We are talking about YEARS of STAY in the company.

Rate: ranging from 3$ to 3.5$ - depends on experience. Again this is minimum of 40 hrs per week and can go more than 40 hrs.

Opportunity to get higher rate after 3 months if Good Performance and Perfect Attendance.
