Did your clients discuss holiday pays during the interview?
Hi! Ask ko lang, did your clients discuss holiday pays during the interview? Are we entitled to holiday pays, both for Philippine and US holidays?

If you and your client hasn’t covered that topic yet during the interview, then you should ask them directly.
No they don't. thats why we're called freelancers. but sometimes my company gives out a holiday bonus usually during Christmas and when sales are good.
depende yan sa paguusap nyo.. kung bayad ang Philippine Holidays mo.. or yung US Holidays lang.. pero if both babayaran, well and good.
We are freelancers. We are NOT ENTITLED to holiday pays. Kung May bigay sila, salamat. But it’s not mandatory so we don’t expect such. Personally, I never asked a single client for such things. I just work and get paid.
