Unfortunately you can't delete it po but you may flag it as inappropriate para mareview ni Google and matanggal nila.

Best you can do is flag it as inappropriate (Google will review it and get back to you within 1-3 business days - if it violates their review policies, they'll take it down).

If they don't find anything wrong with the review (which, in my experience, happens 9/10 times), but you strongly believe it should be taken down, you can approach their support team for added assistance: https://support.google.com/business/gethelp

You need to ask google to check it and you need to prove na invalid ang review which is very hard. What you can do instead is ask the client's good customers to leave a review to bury the bad one.

They normally would not but you can try flagging. Troll wont be considered unless spamming, using offensive words and any sexual content. If it sounds like about service or product you can manage that by acknowledging the review. You regret that he experienced so and so and you will highlight this in your improvement efforts etc.
