Growing logistics company in Alabama and Georgia is hiring VA Customer service specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering each delivery order in the delivery tracking system and updating every customer on their delivery via email, call, text
- Answering incoming calls, emails, skypes and other communications
- Dispatching between drivers and customers to ensure the products are delivered on time
- Handle complaints and for the repair of damaged goods or advice of necessary repairs
- Other tasks as may be assigned by management
- Participate in team and management meetings
Skills required: Requires great interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills. A large part of the job is to make sure the customers are happy from the moment they place their order to when they get their delivery by keeping them informed throughout the process and making sure there are no delays in the process and if any issues occur that they are resolved in a timely manner.
We pay, internet allowance, go lance fees, vacations and holidays, as well as performance bonuses.
