Hiring: Client Onboarding Manager in the Philippines for Bookkeeping Business!

EcomBalance is looking for a full time Onboarding Manager to help onboard new clients as they sign up for our bookkeeping services. In this role, you’ll be helping clients get us access to their bank accounts, payment processors, and eCommerce marketplaces so that the EcomBalance Bookkeeping Team can start their work for the client. This will include emails, phone calls, and video calls with clients. EcomBalance is growing rapidly and looking for someone that wants to join the growth of a fun, fast-moving startup.

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Comfortable having Zoom video calls with clients
• Able to work 7:30 am MST to 4:30 pm MST (9:30 pm Philippine time to 6:30 am Philippine time)
• Experience in similar Customer Integration related roles
• Customer service experience on phone, email, and video with US clients
• Experience with Task Management Software like ClickUp
• 1 year experience with Quickbooks Online and bookkeeping
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Passion for building new systems and processes
• Exclusive to EcomBalance. No outside clients.

Pay and Benefits:

• $8 to $10 per hour, paid weekly
• 40 hours per week
• 12 paid vacation days per year
• US holidays off
