The role: This position will start part-time, 20 - 25 hours a week, and quickly move to full time 40 hours a week.
Pay: The pay will be around $615-$665 USD per month.
Duties: Follow up tasks upon the sale of real estate (insurance cancellations, utilities, etc.) Update Podio (our CRM) when needed (contacts, transactions, etc.) Manage client gifts, Email outreach to potential clients, Ordering supplies, marketing materials, promotional items Scheduling and Calendar Management for CEO and COO Managing Emails - priority of importance, responding, filtering Coordinating events, managing logistics, venues, etc. Website updates using Wordpress, and other executive assistant tasks.
