About the Client: Our client is an Ireland based E-learning company and is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Executive and Admin Associate.
About the Role: • Manage the day to day administrative support requirements of the company's Managing Director and Founder • Work on ideas and tools to automate processes using various tools and platforms like Zapier, Airtable • Study and recommend better practices that can be utilized to obtain a smoother process • Support the sales team in various tasks to be assigned including draft proposal writing • Transcribe audio messages and tasks • Manage and update the CRM and maintain data relating to leads and contacts • Perform LMS management by adding users and running reports as instructed • Prepare, edit and manage sales proposals through PowerPoint and Excel • Find, download, and adjust images (basic editing) from the internet or online to improve and customize presentations or proposals • Work on updating or editing data via AirTable • Other ad-hoc and higher valued tasks that get assigned
Qualifications: General Skills: • Solid experience in an Executive Assistant or equivalent role for at least 3 years • Strong English skills in both verbal and written communications • Excellent comprehension and analytic skills • Applies great caution, care, and attention to the tasks and detail at hand • Values quality of work and upholds integrity in performing all the tasks needed • Must be highly proactive and intuitive in conducting daily tasks to utilize time and optimize results • Excellent time management skills with a good sense of organizing • Passionate about performing Executive and Administrative support duties with the desire to develop or upskill • MUST HAVE reliable internet connection and power supply (doesn’t reside where brownouts are frequent) with available contingency 24/7 • Technology savvy with the ability to do basic troubleshooting for any issues with the computer and/or the internet Business Skills: • Business savvy with a good understanding of standard business operating procedures • Previous experience working with clients in the Digital Marketing, IT, and Consulting industry is a definite advantage Technical Skills: • Background or experience using a CRM and/or LMS • Advanced competencies in using MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Use of Macros and automation preferable.
Tools required: • MS Office – PowerPoint / Word / Excel VBA / Macros • Business Automation tools. Ex: AirTable, Zapier
Home-Based Requirements: • Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 Mbps • Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions • Updated computer (desktop or laptop), excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
