HIRING ALERT! Admin and Sales Role at least 6 hours a day (Mon - Fri - Sydney, Australia time) Company name: EzyNode Pty Ltd Rate: starting $6AUD/hour Working hours and rate may potentially increase to Full-time with a higher rate depending on the contribution to the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• experienced in creating and documenting processes
• recording videos for new processes
• creating quotes and invoices
• contacting clients for follow up
• creating campaigns and/or newsletter
• covering phone calls, responding to emails and social media queries
• contacting/liaising with third party providers

Advantage if experienced in:

• Sales and Marketing
• creating and scheduling contents (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• increasing reach and engagement on Facebook and Instagram
• confident in converting leads

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• at least 3 years experience working remotely with a team
• highly-organized and strong attention to details
• fluent in written and spoken English
• at least 10mbps internet speed
• no background noise
• has Quotecloud, Xero, Mailchimp background
• can work with minimum supervision
