Facebook Ads Specialist Work Remotely: 100% Yes Schedule: Full-Time, 40hrs/week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time Rate: TBD during the interview As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will work to help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook and Email, and who will explore opportunities in other channels such as Instagram and Pinterest.

Task includes:

• Create Facebook Ads Campaigns
• Help create FB ads monitoring Reports
• Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
• Launch and monitor Facebook tests
• Help with new emerging channels, such as Instagram and Pinterest
• Work with other departments (e.g. product testing, creative and Customer Service) to ensure goal and strategy alignment, as well as to maintain brand identity
• Creative Management - ensure we always have good quality videos & images to use
• Help set up processes that would ensure deadlines are met
• Can work Pacific Time 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Experience in handling multiple facebook ad accounts is definitely an advantage.
• A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
• Smart, with very good attention to details, can work under pressure, with good data analyzation and communication skills
• Team player and is very open to learning new skills
• Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Facebook advertising. Similar online ad experience will be considered as well.
• Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization
• An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics design experience is not required but is considered a plus) -Quiet workstation, good and a fast working laptop or desktop I3 and above, 5mbps and above internet connection, noise cancellation headset
