โ€ข Have a sound understanding of how our platform works โ€ข Provide first-level client support for queries over the phone, by email, or video call. โ€ข Logging of problems and resolution outcomes into the CRM support database. โ€ข Replicate customerโ€™s problems to gain a better understanding of support requests. โ€ข Handling problems and queries reported by customers in a timely and professional manner โ€ข Escalate support incidents to senior support consultants when necessary. โ€ข Monitor problems and queries reported by customers. โ€ข Assist with data migration tasks. โ€ข Maintain and update technical reference material including standards documents, software release notes and reference guides materials into the Zendesk Knowledge base system. โ€ข Assist in quality assurance of new software releases and client-sponsored enhancements. โ€ข Assist in general Customer Support activities and general administrative duties โ€ข Provide feedback for improvements to existing applications, systems, and operations
