The ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ will provide first-level support and training services to ensure users and clients have a positive support experience and assist in the development and delivery of our industry-leading software solutions.
๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ: โข The candidate must possess at least a College Diploma, Bachelorโs Degree, or higher in any field. โข Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales (BPO industry), with a well-proven track record. โข The candidate MUST be fluent in English. American / English accent is preferred. โข The candidate must be excellent in written communication and with confident speaking skills. โข The candidate must have a face-to-face interpersonal communications skills โข Proficient in the use of Google Drive Suite products. โข Excellent organizational and time management abilities โข Excellent problem-solving ability with a flexible approach and lateral thinker โข Team orientation with strong people and customer focus โข An ability to build relationships at all levels with both internal and external users โข Back up internet
๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ก๐๐๐จ๐๐:
โข Have a sound understanding of how our platform works
โข Provide first-level client support for queries over the phone, by email, or video call.
โข Logging of problems and resolution outcomes into the CRM support database.
โข Replicate customerโs problems to gain a better understanding of support requests.
โข Handling problems and queries reported by customers in a timely and professional manner
โข Escalate support incidents to senior support consultants when necessary.
โข Monitor problems and queries reported by customers.
โข Assist with data migration tasks.
โข Maintain and update technical reference material including standards documents, software release notes and reference guides materials into the Zendesk Knowledge base system.
โข Assist in quality assurance of new software releases and client-sponsored enhancements.
โข Assist in general Customer Support activities and general administrative duties
โข Provide feedback for improvements to existing applications, systems, and operations
