GopsyChometric is hiring executive assistants for the highly successful CEO
Starting Rate: $3-$6 per hour depending on experience
Mode of Payment: Weekly via PayPal
Shift: Flexible (depending on the client)
Qualifications:
- Mastery of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills / high computer literacy
- 20-40+ hours per week of availability
- Fast and stable internet connection Desirable skills and experience:
- Proven professional experience writing in English
- Experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Any remote work experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and planning meetings and events
- Travel management
- Calendar management
- Email inbox management
- Organizing and filtering the client’s inbox
- Sending and responding to emails
- Data collection and management
- Online research and reporting
- Other administrative tasks and projects
