We are looking for full-time Customer Support Specialist (Chat/Email)
Main Responsibilities: -Answer customer inquiries on behalf of the company via chat or email -Provide quality instructions or responses to be able to resolve the customer's issue
Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Great Written Communication Skills
- Engages Proactively
- Multitasks Effectively
- Understands Trigger Statements
- Provides Concise Information
- Familiar to use MS Office and Standard Internet Tools/Apps
