Growing logistics company servicing NewYork City is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Full Time - Can start asap)
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS: • Fluent in written and spoken English • Ability to effortlessly communicate both with stakeholders and teammates • Reliable: ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Advanced technical proficiency • Proficient in time management • Team player – ability to work as part of a virtual team; collaborative • Receptive to feedback and able to take that feedback to improve on opportunities • Self-motivated • Highly disciplined • Responsible • Values integrity • NOTE: Previous contact center experience is preferred but not required.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS: • Desktop or laptop • Internet Speed: Minimum 10Mbps • RAM: min 4GB • Processor Speed: 1.8Ghz – 3.0GHz • Headset with noise cancelling microphone • Workspace conducive for WFH set up, i.e. quiet, ergonomic workstation, etc.
