Hi! Does anyone here use Typeform?

Gumawa kami ng client ko ng survey form and we published it on social media. Since may issue last time na napuno ung responses namin ng spam submissions, naglagay kami ng captcha to avoid it. Unfortunately, sobrang dami parin ng spam submissions (ex. iba ung name sa email address, as in totally random).

Napiltan akong i-close yung survey dahil malapit na kami sa limit. Pag hinayaan, mag-auto upgrade ung account ni client, and we're trying to avoid that.

Baka po may tips kayo on how to proceed or to avoid the spam/bot responses? Nagsubmit na po ako ng question sa Typeform Community pero I doubt na makakareceive agad ako ng response from there. Thank you in advance!

How do you validate the name against the email address? I mean, how do you know it's unrelated?

Hindi pa ako nakapag typeform uli, pero dati, may logical clause dyan e. Yung may IF argument, then if the respindent meets the criteria, valid sya. If hindi, hindi nag poproceed. Something like that. Not sure though if it will help filter the responses against spams.

@Palms Naayos ko din po ung logic before publishing. Nasagot naman ng tama ung captcha kaya nagtataka po ako kung bakit may nakakapasok paring irrevelant submissions. Ang naiisip ko lang po e manual pong sinasagutuan ung survey. May pa-free gift voucher po kasi si client.
