JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer support professional who is excited to be part of a fast-growing startup based in San Francisco, California, USA. You will be working directly with the VP of Technical Sales, and your primary responsibility is to provide top-notch customer support over email, live chat, video and phone. You may also help across other areas of the operations including reporting and process improvement. Joining the team will give you the opportunity to grow with the company and potentially take on a leadership role in the future.

This role requires availability to work during U.S. business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, CST (1am to 9am, Tuesday to Saturday, Philippine Standard Time).

Compensation: USD 1,000/month

DAY TO DAY TASKS Provide customer support by live chat, email, video & phone Guide and coach users who might be unfamiliar with the platform Work closely with internal teams to help users and/or troubleshoot Optimize internal and external documentation when necessary Surface ideas and user feedback about the product experience Identify and initiate process improvements

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Customer success experience via email, live chat, video and phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in technical customer service, ideal Experience in ticketing solutions such as Zendesk and Salesforce, ideal Project management and leadership experience, ideal Experience working remotely and for US-based companies, ideal
