  • Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
  • This CSR works directly with the clients, instructors and staff to deliver outstanding customer service to our students by being knowledgeable in our driving programs in order to meet sales goals.

  3. Processing payments

👉🏻General Accountabilities:

  1. Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, schedule lessons, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.
  2. Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  3. Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
  4. Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
  5. Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  6. Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
  7. Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
  8. Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
