Are you passionate about providing customer support?

We are seeking a full-time customer support representative for a long-term position who is familiar with email-based customer service. When hired, the job would require you to assist the customers via email and update the customer records using a CRM called Kayako. The CSR team also handles QA calls for our phone support team.

Moreover, you should be able to support office duties including the following:

• Work well independently as well as a part of a team.

• Able to communicate discrepancies with the team or team lead.

• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and performance.

• Able to multi-task, both the number of people needing your attention and the number of tasks needing to be completed by you with each person.

• Maintain files with appropriate version control.

• Effectively manage own time and respond to updated task priorities.

• Follow-up on “loose ends” and complete tasks without needing step-by-step instructions or reminders.

Requirements:

• Work full-time supporting this program during the assigned shift without schedule conflicts (e.g., no other work commitments, personal tasks, or commuting).

• Have regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection.

• Successfully complete an MS Excel screening task that takes approximately 15 minutes.
