Virtual Assistant

Looking to hire an experienced Virtual Personal Assistant to primarily assist with some personal day-to-day activities as well as business organization.

The pay will range from $3 to $5 per hour (USD), depending on your experience. However, you must be reliable, proactive and have a back-up internet connection.

Duties Related to my Personal Items Include:

  • Receive text and/or voicemail messages with tasks/thoughts from the employer and organize these tasks for a weekly discussion of follow thru. Examples may include thoughts about Christmas gifts, birthdays or home projects.
  • Continually review tasks with the employer and provide an action plan to get tasks accomplished. For example, “Need laundry soap at house #2”. Consider the best way to get that accomplished, whether it be an Amazon order or local store pickup.
  • Schedule appointments such as massage, medical, dental, hair, etc. while working around any potential scheduling conflicts.

Duties Related to my Business Items Include:

  • Savvy with posting on Social Media
  • Implement a social media campaign with direction from employer or her designee; provide feedback on ways to improve if needed
  • Schedule webinars or clients for consulting
  • Coordinate expenses with Office Manager
  • Track & organize contacts and “reach-outs” using a CRM, Excel, or similar process and communicate with Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with a definitive back-up plan
  • Ability to accept calls and texts on the phone, as well as equipment to handle Zoom calls, including clear audio and video

  • Availability to work US PST hours most of the time
