Hiring IT Engineer with excellent communication skills and work ethics
Work Role: IT Engineer Level 1 Excellent communication skills and work ethics At least 2 years' work experience in a solid technical support role Preferably located in Baguio
Job Accountabilities:
- Primary call taker for Helpdesk Support
- Troubleshooting client common issues (Email and client’s proprietary systems/applications)
- Installing new software
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
- Installing anti virus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Technical support for people using the network
- Training staff on new systems
- Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
- Planning future improvements
- Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
- Making sure all IT meets industry standards
- Assisting customer service staff
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Logging customer/employee queries
Managing Ticketing system/Service Board with responsibilities that include but are not limited to assigning new tickets and alerts, escalating tickets, following up assigned resources with regards to completion of the assigned ticket, and updating tickets as deemed based on SLA agreement.
