Hiring Long-term and Full-time Kajabi Expert or Experienced Virtual Assistant

KAJABI EXPERT OR EXPERIENCED (I am prioritizing Girl VA for this post as the client is into "Women-led" company) Php30,000-50,000 FULLTIME

Responsibilities:

• Admin Task : Calendly, Google Drive, Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom, Facebook Groups, Youtube, Keynote, and more
• Sensitive and attentive customer service skills for women who are in a transformative process is a plus!
• Fluent in English, incredible attention to detail, a fast learner, a go-getter, can multitask, reliable, responsible, quick turn around and want to be a part of a growing women-run company that supports spiritual growth and wellbeing.
• We work in the Hawaii time zone - you need to be available to work to overlap with some time in our Hawaii time zone workday from 7am-7pm.

Some responsibilities but not limited to:

• Kajabi backend creation of autoresponders, tags, forms, checkouts for products, etc, managing calendars, uploading event management for our teacher training, and more
• Create a binding NDA for employees
• Setting up Calendly to synchronize with Kajabi and my Google Calendar
• Saving data from Facebook Group entry questions into spreadsheets for marketing information and entering email addresses into Kajabi "people" section
• Populating Coaching portals in Kajabi with PDF downloads specific to each client, customizing checkouts for clients
