Qualifications: ✅ Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads Manager and running Facebook ad campaigns ✅ Knowledgeable in Google Ads (SEM) ✅ Candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience in paid digital media like FB ads, marketing agency, or running ads at other platform/s ✅ Quick learner, independent, high energy, positive attitude, articulate, confident, and reliable ✅ Ability & desire to learn & grow ✅ Extreme attention to detail & highly organized ✅ Adaptable, Self-Disciplined & responsible with deadlines ✅ Superb written and verbal communication skills ✅ Good management, organizational, planning skills and copywriting skills ✅ Open to work during US business hours ✅ Stable Internet Connection (Must be Fiber Connection) ✅ Working PC or laptop ( At least i3 7th gen or AMD equivalent with 8GB RAM and Windows 10 OS ) For Mac devices, at least a 2013 model or newer ✅ Preferably a headset with a noise-canceling feature - No background noises ✅ Must have a quiet workplace ✅ Willing to work Full Time

List of possible responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate market data - Identify target audiences and analyze behavior, characteristics, and routines.
  • Monitor media trends of all channels, including traditional, digital, outdoor, etc.
  • Build media plans that comprise the best media outlet combination for each campaign
  • Prepare and present media campaign proposals for clients
  • Develop and maintain media relationships
  • Maintain media outreach for new rates, opportunities (potential sponsorship events, collaborations, etc), and competitor analyses
  • Oversee campaign budgets and negotiate ad costs and social media campaigns
  • Implement media campaigns - Create insertion orders and execute media buys
  • Build a trafficking sheet and confirm sizes and specifications
  • Coordinate the trafficking of traditional media buys with the production team
  • Setup digital media, SEM, and social media buys through ad platforms and Google Campaign Manager
  • Proofread all ads and marketing campaigns before the release
  • Assess the success of media advertising plans and campaigns
  • Understand basic media metrics (CTR, CPC, reach, views, engagements, etc)
  • Read and pull reports from digital platforms - Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager
  • Media monitoring and ongoing basic optimizations of existing campaigns
  • Update media metrics for weekly reporting
  • Gather screenshots, tear sheets, and invoices from publishers post-campaign
  • Build final post-campaign report
