SUBJECT: Hiring Operations Manager – Virtual/Remote Position - $3/Hour

BODY: Our Client is looking for an Operations Manager. Must be available Monday to Friday 07:00 am CST - 5:00 pm CST Pay is $3/Hour

Task:

• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor productivity.
• Ensure safe and efficient processes that will keep Amazon stores operating.
• Create systems to efficiently on-board new Store Owners
• Create strategies to communicate with Store Owners the status of their stores efficiently
• Improve communication between operations and Store Owners
• Create monthly reports for each store
• Correctly invoice each Store Owner monthly
• Create a proper workflow to ensure each store is running smoothly
• Create LLC’s to open new Amazon stores
• Create new Walmart Accounts
• Work with the VA Team to ensure they are doing their daily, weekly tasks
• Find solutions to problems within each platform to ensure the business is continuing to operate

Skills Needed:

• Problem solver. Must be willing to think outside the box to overcome issues
• Must be able to read and write English, can also speak decent English (a must as you will be communicating w/Store Owners)
• Familiar with e-commerce and have experience with the Amazon Seller Central platform
• Knows a bit of Walmart online platform
