Requirements

• Experience providing support to B2B clients over the phone for products focused on technology/software.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience.
• A professional, hard-working, committed, and enthusiastic attitude.
• A fast computer, and high speed & reliable internet.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with video calling 4+ clients a day or as needed.
