Sales Executive (Entry Level) Position (Full Time) SALES EXECUTIVE at an Amazing Growing Real Estate Investment Company

We at SV Ventures are looking for a great full time Sales Executive to help us grow. We are seeking a personable individual to work with assisting management in lead generation. We're a vibrant and very busy real estate investment company in need of an organized, task-oriented individual to join our team.

If you’re an ambitious, positive person who is responsible and professional and meets our requirements, we’re interested in speaking with you. NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team with daily tasks • Manage inquiries and reach out to possible homeowners • Follow up with sellers via call, text, email, and voice messages • Answer phone calls, return phone calls and take messages • Build rapport with sellers • Setup appointments via email or call or text

Qualifications • Stable & Fast Internet Connection • Good verbal and written English Communication Skills • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Well organized, should be able to follow instructions • Should have some proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Compensation: • Starting pay is $4/hour or more depending on qualifications

Hours of Operation: • 8 – 5 PST (pacific standard time). Occasional work on weekend may be required (up to 4 hours).

About SV Ventures: Our company buys and sells homes in and around the San Francisco market through a variety of different relationships and unique methods. We fix and flip properties and hold some properties as rentals. We are growing at an incredible pace and looking for our newest top-notch team member.
