We're looking for a full-time phone support & sales rep to take incoming calls, and make outbound calls to:

☑️Welcome new customers to our brand, and upsell additional products.

☑️ Downsell customers who want to cancel their subscription service. Get them to stay with us as a member.

☑️Take customer orders over the phone.

☑️Answer pre-sale questions about our products.

☑️Answer billing questions.

☑️Speak to customers who need technical help accessing their online training program.

☑️Call customers who have abandoned the online ordering process, and attempt to take their order over the phone, or answer pre-sale questions for them so they can complete their purchase.

** ABOUT US **

We're a publishing company providing online training programs, memberships, and coaching to golfers looking to improve and enjoy the game more.

The typical demographic of our customers are 60-year-old male golfers.

We have a team of PGA-level golf instructors who we work with to develop the most cutting edge golf training. We provide this training to our customers via online video training courses.

We use Direct Response marketing strategies to bring prospects into our online marketing funnel, through an opt-in page, and convert them into customers using sales videos (VSL's), and long form sales pages.

❗ IDEAL CANDIDATE ❗

📌 You can speak knowledgeably about the game of golf (But you don't need to be an expert).

📌 You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

📌You love helping people.

📌You are available to make and receive calls from 9am - 5pm EST.

📌You have a dedicated space in your home or office space that is distraction-free and noise-free.

📌 You have a fast and reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

📌You are able to provide at least 3 references related to your phone sales experience.

📌 You are willing to undergo a background check.
