WE ARE HIRING THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

• Admin Assistant - $7 USD/hr - Part Time (Home based)

Our Atlanta -based company is looking for a FILIPINO BASED BPO EXPERIENCED "Executive Assistant" who can start right away. Must be able to interview via Zoom

Experience is a must. Must have a minimum of three years of experience for positions.

Eastern Standard Time 8:30AM – 1:00PM. Or 2:00PM - 5:30PM

REQUIREMENTS:

✔E️ xcellent written and verbal English/Communication skills ✔ Experience Using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, (Pivot tables and filters) and Word ✔Q️uite Workspace ✔W️indows10 ✔ CPU / Processor Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required ✔ RAM At least 4GB of RAM (8 GB is recommended) with 60GB free hard disk space available ✔H️ eadset and Web camera: (for meetings) ✔ A headset with noise-cancelling feature & a high definition webcam ✔I️nternet Connection: 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed). Note: Sky Cable ISP is not suitable for our dialer.

✔ Browser: Chrome ✔ Experience in BPO ✔ College Degree preferred but not required. ✔ Must be able to cope with a high workflow. ✔ Must Meet All System Requirements listed ✔ Must pass our training
