JOB TITLE: Operations Manager WORK TYPE: Full Time (Work From Home) WORK TIME ZONE: Australian Time Zones (Some international time zones) SALARY: 40,000 ($1100) - 70,000 ($2000) PESO PER MONTH

We are a small company based in Australia, servicing clients across Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA. We are looking for an Operations Manager (work from home), to over see operations and our growing team.

The successful candidate will have previous and proven experience with references. We are a fun company, please make sure you research us prior to our meeting (TeamsByDesign, Inspired Growth Training)

Operations Manager Responsibilities

-Provide inspired leadership for the organization. -Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. -Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. -Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. -Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. -Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. -Work with senior stakeholders. -Manage the growing team and communicate with all team leaders and supervisors daily. -Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. -Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. -Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. -Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. -Support worker communication with the management team -Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.

Requirements

-Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role -Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management -Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. -Experience budgeting and forecasting -Familiarity with business and financial principles -Excellent communication skills -Leadership ability -Outstanding organisational skills -Fluent English is a must
