HOPLA Online is looking for a Real Estate Legal Virtual Assistant who can provide exceptional support in processing compliance audits from their partnered trade company. Our client is working in the real estate industry based in Australia. You'll be in charge of processing and checking compliance audits and making sure all amendments have been properly corrected and documents are compliant to government regulations

Your days will be filled with:

• Performing regular compliance audits for their construction trades.
• Managing and ensuring the completeness of all required documentations.
• Reviewing of current company policies to ensure compliance to current government regulations.
• Monitoring changes in regulations proactively.
• Communicating to the concerned department concerning amendments and requirements in the audit.

Who are we looking for :

• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as Real Estate Legal Virtual Assistant.
• Strong knowledge in compliance audit for the construction trade.
• Related working experience in real estate, property management, trade experience would have an edge.
• Working with Australian clients is an asset.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
• Highly skilled in terms of generating reports.
• Familiarity with current technologies and tools, like Asana, Slack, VoIP and Dropbox, PropertyMe, REI. If you tick all these boxes, then we are excited for you to be part of the fast-growing HOPLA team!
