Hourglass VAs is looking for 5 VAs for Real Estate asap! Training starts on the 28th. (US Client) We are looking for:

Lead Generators: They are the cold callers that would call using your dialer and SMS platform (if you have one) Taking in inbound calls and qualify the potential lead whether it's hot, warm or cold lead. Follow up on potential leads. Push hot leads to your CRM

System Managers: Maintenance of tools Pulling of Data, Cleaning data, Sending to Skip tracers, and uploading to marketing platforms EOD (End of day reports) Reports to the BPH Manager and Client if there’s detected inconsistencies in data or tools being used. coaching Cold callers (If client will allow this) Manages Passwords and usernames Tracks Costs and expenses of the company and earnings (For KPI tracking and if client would request for this) Sensei flow trained

Data Analyst: Trained to do Data scrapping and mining Trained to do deep prospecting and deep skip tracing Pull data Clean and manage data We DO NOT require VA experience (experience is a +) We will train you!
Rate: 4$ per hour
