How do you deal with stress and burnout from online work? I've been working online for almost a year now but it's been getting harder to manage feelings of anxiety and work burnout during this pandemic.

Kung flexitime, just chill. Paunti-unti ang work. I take breaks in between. If work permits, lumipat ng pwesto.

Do what you enjoy, ako watching anime narerelax ako, good vibes music, workout sa bahay, play with kids.

Online shopping if you're a shopaholic. A parcel a day, keeps the anxiety away. 😁

I always think that the work I have now, is the dream job of others. I always find a reason to be happy on anything that I do.

Shoppee therapy pero before pandemic travel 😂

Chill chill din po minsan. Isipin mo din si Bills at Judit. 😂. Nanood din ako ng kdrama, anime or horror stories sa youtube pampawala ng boredom if free ako or if sa work pero pwede isingit. Dami ko nga work pero I am still positive and thankful kasi madami dyan na walang work ngayun at naghahanap pa. 😇

Nood anime or Kdrama plus food trip with family sa loob ng bahay.

I had anxiety attack becouse of this pandemic what i did was i keep on exercising every single day and meditate most of the time. It helps!

Burnout talaga lalo nat pandemic, basta dont overwork yourself

Manage your time, balance it with other things you like to do , like gardening, exercise, praying and family bonding. Make a schedule and budget.
