Try to detach your emotion. Lagi mong iisipin na trabaho lang. Evaluate mo yung sinabi nila. Ano ang cause? May pagkukulang ba sa end mo na work related? If wala, is it offensive? If it is then ask yourself why. List it down and draw a line.
