All Inclusive Realty Group Inc is a Sacramento based Real Estate Company that mainly hands property management. Its been in service for almost 15 years and have been servicing over 150 properties, delivering great service and quality work to owner, tenants and clients. The Position:

We are looking for an HR manager that will be handling mainly the recruitment process, training and managing the employees. He/she will also help in other admin tasks as assigned, depending on the current project

Must have the following criteria:

• Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in HR or as a trainer. • Must have great English and communication skills. Will be able to understand the jargon of real estate • Works well with others and has a good character • Open to feedback and will be able to handle working with minimal supervision • Has basic photo editing skills for creating marketing photos of properties

Proficiency in these tools is a plus but not required:

• Propertyware • Microsoft 365 • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft outlook

Must have the following home office setup: • At least 5MBPS internet speed • Has core I5 with 4gb of ram or similar specs • Has a noise cancelling headset • No noticeable background noise

Base pay would start at $5 per hour and will have a chance to increase based on performance. Working hours would be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST this will be 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH time.
