We are looking for a highly qualified customer service representative to join our growing team. At InXpress we support small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. with their international and domestic shipping needs.

Responsibilities would include the following:

• Support inbound/outbound call for current customers
• Support inbound/outbound emails
• Generate quotes based on customer requests
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Support training and troubleshooting of our shipping software
• Process and book shipments for customers
• Provide support on billing and invoice inquiries

Requirements:

• English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Willing to work U.S Time Zone(s), Full Time
• Access to high-speed internet (compensated)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and grow
