Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, but Master’s preferred • 1-2 years of remote work experience preferred • More than 2 years previous experience working with US based clients • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Team player and has a good sense of accountability • Amazon Experience is a PLUS!
Key Role & Responsibilities of the Position: The key responsibilities of Case Manager are to manage cases for 30 to 35 brands and register brands on Amazon. Cases are Amazon’s procedures for submitting issues and requesting help to solve them. Case Managers are equipped with a Seller Central login and a Skype account to contact Seller Support via email or phone call. They are responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to our US-based team. Tasks include active problem solving such as preparing Plans of Action to reinstate ASINs, checking that titles are reflecting correctly on Amazon listings, and using the case log to track progress and communicate it to other departments. The case manager would be joining a 2 person remote team to troubleshoot issues
Work Schedule: 9am-5pm PST
Compensation and other Benefits: $750, PTO, Holidays, Opportunity for MOE bonus after 3 months, HMO

Salary: Php36,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
