Description/information:

• Experience with a Real Estate company is required.
• Excellent Oral and Written English
• Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers & following up on leads
• Understand customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, answering questions & sending additional information as necessary
• Manage leads in CRM, handling all email & call volume
• Create & maintain a database of current & potential clients
• Set up appointments for interested leads with Sales Manager
• Keep up with product & service information & updates and ability to explain & demonstrate products and services
• Upsell products & services
• Create Email and Script Templates as needed
• Ensuring all sales efforts are being managed properly and updated in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
