Description/information:

• At least 3 years BPO experience
• Post orders / Post sales inquiry experience is a plus
• Exceptional Multitasking skills.
• Zendesk Exp. is a plus.
• Good work ethics required.
• Above-average spoken and written English

Requirements:

• Main and backup computer/laptop specs - at least Icore3, 4GB RAM
• Main and backup internet - at least 5mbps when we run a speed test
• Main power source, and plans in case there's a power interruption
• Headset
