We are in need for someone who has Good Communication skill in English (Oral and Written), Neutral accent (No thick accent), quick thinker, a fast learner, can work under minimal supervision and preferred with Sales back ground but not required.

Position: Account Manager Assistant

Work Description:

  • Manage day to day transaction/operation in a Personal Lines Insurance Agency located in California.

  • Service existing and new policies through Phone or Email contact

  • Manage sales lead from Quoting, Application then binding of Policies.

Requirements:

  • Amenable to work during night shift, Pacific Standard Time 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Availability of Fiber Internet connection with a minimum 50 MBPS or higher

  • Can start ASAP

  • BPO experience is a plus but not required

  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required

  • Has professional work attitude.

  • Can have a quiet work place at home with no distractions and background noise.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary starts 20k to 35K depending on the skill set and experience.

  • Equipment or Computer system will be provided by the company.

  • Salary is processed through Paypal
