Consider yourself highly qualified if you have: Proven experience with managing different facets of the mortgage loan process. Solid exposure with US mortgages Experience closing/funding or drawn closing docs across multiple states Prior experience in pre-underwriting, processing, post-closing or at the disclosure desk Proficiency with TRID guidelines in respect to initial disclosures and closing disclosures Ability to spot any errors and mistakes before loan consummation Ability to suggest and implement improvements Exceptional communication skills; providing feedback and surfacing things that are wrong and rightfully focus on improvement. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills Amenability to work full-time and US shift
